1. Eligibility

• 1.2 Residency: The Platform is only available to users residing in India, excluding states where skill-based games are restricted, including but not limited to Assam, Odisha, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
• 1.3 Skill-Based Nature: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that OUY-11 is a skill-based gaming platform and does not involve gambling or games of chance.

2. Registration and Account

• 2.1 Lead Form: To download the OUY-11 app, you must provide your 10-digit Indian mobile number through the lead form on our website.
• 2.2 SMS Link: You will receive an SMS with a link to download the app. Ensure that your mobile number is active and accurate.
• 2.3 Account Creation: Upon downloading the app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• 2.4 One Account Per User: You may only register one account. Multiple accounts by the same user are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
• 2.5 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

• 3.1 Permitted Use: The Platform is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
• 3.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform’s functionality.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay or contests.
• 3.3 Compliance with Laws: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities on the Platform comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Contests and Gameplay

• 4.1 Skill-Based Gaming: All contests on OUY-11 are skill-based and governed by the Fantasy Sports Federation of India (FIFS) guidelines.
• 4.2 Entry Fees and Winnings:
  • You may participate in free or paid contests.
  • For paid contests, entry fees are deducted from your wallet balance, and winnings are credited based on your performance.
• 4.3 Fair Play Policy:
  • Team creation must comply with contest rules (e.g., budget limits, player restrictions).
  • Any violation of fair play policies (e.g., collusion, multiple accounts) will result in disqualification.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• 5.1 Deposits: Users can add funds to their OUY-11 wallet through accepted payment methods.
• 5.2 Withdrawals:
  • Winnings can be withdrawn by linking your bank account or payment wallet.
  • Withdrawals are subject to verification processes and applicable taxes under Indian law.
• 5.3 Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable unless a contest is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1 Ownership: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of OUY-11 or its licensors.
• 7.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written permission from OUY-11.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 8.1 Skill-Based Gaming: OUY-11 provides a skill-based gaming platform. We do not guarantee winnings or specific outcomes.
• 8.2 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
• 8.3 Third-Party Links: The Platform may include links to third-party websites for informational purposes. OUY-11 is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

OUY-11 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors or interruptions in the Platform.
• Loss of winnings due to account breaches or technical issues.
• Actions taken based on inaccurate user information.

10. Termination

• 10.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account by contacting customer support.
• 10.2 Termination by OUY-11: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
• 10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all access to the Platform and its services will cease, and any outstanding balances in your wallet may be forfeited if linked to violations.

11. Ad Policies Compliance

• Truthful Representations: OUY-11 adheres to Google Ads policies, ensuring all claims and representations are accurate and verifiable.
• No Deceptive Practices: We do not engage in circumvention of Google Ads systems, deceptive redirects, or misleading advertising practices.

12. Changes to Terms

OUY-11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or a notification on the Platform.
